Will my Christmas order arrive in time?
If you've ordered before Dec 18th Midnight in Aus, then yes we can guarantee that your order will arrive (through Express Shipping). Any orders after that date, we can not guarantee your order arriving, as we're sending the package from Darwin. Contact us if you're an International customer.
I can't find the product i'm looking for.
It's most likely that we no longer make the product so we've taken it off our online store. If you have any special requests, email us at and we'll do our best to accomodate for your needs. Alternatively, when you checkout, write in the notes section what you would like. We may charge extra depending on the request.
Why Kangaroo Leather?
Our handcrafted Kangaroo Leather Jewellery are a combination of traditional plaiting with modern accessories, such as silver, semi-precious stones and fresh water pearls.
Kangaroo skin has been used in Australia for years in products such as belts, boots and whips. Today the number of uses for this strong and workable skin has now risen and includes golf gloves, sports shoes, motorbike suits, all sorts of souvenirs and handcrafts.
The Kangaroo leather used in these original hand plaited designs are all obtained from a tannery that uses only skins from a culling program introduced by the Australian government to control the over-growing population.
How do I pick my size?
Jaroo Designs comes in a range of sizes for the Bracelets, Necklaces, Belts and Accessories. It's best to measure you size with a piece of string and decide what feels the most comfortable.
How long will my order take?
We make every effort to have all items in stock at all times. However, due to the unique nature of our goods and that all of them are hand plaited and designed by us, please allow 3 business days from the time of order for products that are "available" and 5 business days for "unavailable" orders to leave our workshop. We will send you an email to confirm that your item is ready to ship.
Depending what type of shipping you chose, it may take more than 7+ business days.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
We guarantee that our products are made with the highest quality material and since we are the designers and produces of our creation, we do our best to promise our customers the finest product. So we will accept any return of merchandise shipped by our error or having manufactured defects that have accidently passed our sticked quality control. Claims for such must be made within 4 weeks of receipt of merchandise.
How do I request an exchange or refund?
To request an exchange or refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the item back, your new one will be on it's way (sorry we do not cover the postage costs of returning an item). In the case of a refund we will put the funds back into your account.
How much does it cost to ship within Australia?
Express Shipping is FREE when you spend more than AU$75.
Otherwise, it's a fee of $9.00 for Express shipping (2-4 business days) and includes a tracking number.
Do you wholesale?
Yes, we sure do. If you would like to look at our wholesale site, click here. You can also find the page link at the bottom of the page in the footer. If you would like to wholesale you must be an ABN holder. Please also read the terms and conditions.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do!
We have a flat rate for International Shipping at $15.
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
Jaroo Designs unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
Where is your jewellery made?
All Jewellery is made in Australia by Jarek.
What if my jewellery has been damaged through shipping?
We take every precaution to assure the safe arrival of your order. If shipment arrives damaged please contact us within 5 days of arrival.
Unfortunately, we do not pay for your shipping costs.
Why can't I use my PO Box?
If you would like us to send to your PO box, please type the address in the notes at checkout, explaining that you want to send it to your PO Box. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
